Our client is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and the flexibility to support changing project needs, which will align successfully in the organization.

18.00 What's the Job? Prepare samples for sensory evaluation and support stability testing for liquid products. Prepare materials for pilot plant trials and manage shelf life stability studies, including storage inventory tracking. Arrange and conduct product evaluations by maintaining the stability testing process, performing and documenting physical analyses, and scheduling and conducting flavor evaluation sessions. Precisely weigh ingredients and conduct bench and midscale lab trials as directed by project leaders. Maintain accurate records of all laboratory work, including Excel/Word data entry for quality records covering physical and sensory analyses. What's Needed? High school diploma with science coursework a plus. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Fluent English communication skills for clear written and verbal documentation. Organized, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently. Ability to work with a diverse team and maintain a safe, clean laboratory environment. What's in it for me?
