Job Description

Join our team as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Technician, performing and reporting various analyses from multiple specimen sources to deliver high-quality laboratory services that enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing specimen handling, identification, and accessioning procedures. Performing instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, quality control, and reagent replenishment. Ensuring accurate reporting using computerized, verbal, and manual methods. Utilizing multiple computer applications and assisting in training new staff. Maintaining productivity, efficiency, and timely completion of tasks. Participating in educational activities and passing competency exams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant science or medical technology (preferred) or an associate degree with certification for Technicians. Certification or eligible for certification from an accredited institution. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work efficiently in a clinical environment.
