Using our FDA-cleared AirAllé® medical device, we offer a safe, effective, one-and-done treatment without the use of toxic chemicals. Our mission is to provide exceptional care while helping families through a stressful situation with compassion and confidence. Please Read Before Applying This is an on-call position, not a traditional scheduled shift. Technicians are scheduled as client appointments are booked during their established on-call availability. To ensure adequate time for client appointments, on-call availability must be provided in minimum 4-hour blocks. Because this is an on-call position, applicants should live within approximately 20-30 minutes of the clinic or be willing to commute for shorter appointments. A minimum of 2 hours' notice is provided before technicians are scheduled. Applicants must be able to maintain consistent availability during the following times: After training: Weekday evenings: 4:00 PM - 9:00
PM Weekends:
Availability between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM During the training period, flexible availability is preferred. Responsibilities Perform professional head screenings and lice treatments Comfort and reassure children and families throughout their visit Educate clients on lice prevention, treatment, and follow-up care Process payments and complete client checkout Maintain accurate client documentation Help keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Enjoy working with children and families Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Able to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the workday Reliable transportation Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and good judgment when working with children and families 3-4 professional business references required Compensation $14.00/hour during paid training Immediate raise upon successful completion of training Tips Incentive pay Opportunities for performance-based pay increases •With base pay and tips combined, many of our technicians earn $18.00+ per hour. •If you're looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference for families while working in a supportive, science-backed environment, we'd love to hear from you!
