Are you detail-oriented, passionate about product development, and excited to jump-start or grow your career in food manufacturing? We are looking for a proactive R D Lab Technician to support our clients Research & Development team in Waller, TX. In this role, you'll serve as the backbone of lab operations-managing essential product data, running routine testing, and keeping the lab running seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
Master & Maintain Data:
Set up and maintain raw material and formula data across our specialized R D software platforms.
Keep the
Lab Thriving:
Maintain top-notch Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) by managing tool, sample, and raw material inventory, as well as equipment calibration.
Conduct Testing & Benchmarking:
Execute routine product testing, provide clear results to R D scientists, and lead product benchmarking efforts.
Support Sales & Customers:
Create sales samples, coordinate sample shipments, and fulfill customer requests for in-development product documentation.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Partner with Food Safety Quality and Operations teams to maintain critical product and raw material documentation. ...
Sensory & Events:
Help set up and collect data for internal product sensory evaluations, and assist with customer visits, educational events, and team training.

8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Skills:
Associate's degree preferred.

High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Tech-Savvy:
Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF creation/editing, alongside an eagerness to quickly master new software platforms.
Experience (Plus): Prior experience in food manufacturing, customer service, or school nutrition is a big plus!

Excellent written and verbal communication, high organization, sharp attention to detail, and absolute discretion with proprietary information.
