Responsibilities Conduct blood sampling, specimen collection, and diagnostic tests with accuracy and attention to detail. Assist in patient assessments by reporting on patient conditions and vital signs to medical staff. Manage electronic health records (EHR) and electronic medical records (EMR) systems efficiently, ensuring precise documentation of medical procedures and patient information. Support surgical procedures, including plastic surgery and general surgery, by preparing equipment and assisting during operations. Perform manual handling tasks safely when moving or positioning patients, ensuring comfort and safety at all times. Maintain compliance with health education standards by providing patients with instructions related to post-procedure care or medication protocols. Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology to accurately document procedures and communicate effectively with healthcare teams. Support diagnostic radiology processes by preparing patients and assisting radiologists during imaging procedures. Report patient conditions accurately to medical staff, ensuring timely intervention when necessary. Uphold strict medical documentation standards to ensure all procedures are recorded in accordance with regulatory requirements. Experience Proven experience working as a Medical Technician or in a similar clinical support role within a healthcare setting. Critical care experience is highly desirable, demonstrating ability to handle urgent situations confidently. Hands-on clinic experience, including outpatient or hospital environments, with exposure to acute care scenarios. Knowledge of nursing practices, medical terminology, and basic life support (BLS) certifications such as CPR are essential. Experience with EMR/EHR management systems for accurate record keeping and data entry. Familiarity with blood sampling techniques, patient service protocols, and medical documentation standards. Prior involvement in plastic surgery or surgical support roles is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong client communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
