We are a nurse-led home health agency seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide thoughtful, hands-on care to patients in their homes. This role is ideal for an LPN who values relationship-based care , enjoys working closely with Registered Nurses, and understands that good nursing prevents problems before they become emergencies . This is a paid position offering flexibility, strong clinical support, and meaningful patient relationships.
