Job Description

Vantage Home Health Care Services is a Medicare and Medicaid certified Home Healthcare agency located in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. We service clients in Los Angeles County, Orange County, Palmdale/Lancaster and the surrounding Counties. We are looking for exceptional LVNs with Pediatric and Adult nursing care for immediate hire for Full and/or Part-time shifts.

Salary:

$27.00 - $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Perform duties consistent with the Vocational Nursing Act Utilizes the nursing process to assess, evaluate, plan, and implement patient care Assess signs and symptoms of changes in patient conditions Administering medications, G/J-tube feeding, Tracheostomy Care, Ventilator monitoring, Seizure precautions, Oxygen precautions

Requirements:

Must have a current LVN license with experience Must have current Physical, PPD test, CPR license, Driver's license, Auto Insurance Willing to work Shift hours (Day Shift or Night) in LOS ANGELES or

ORANGE COUNTY

Pediatric experience is an added advantage
