Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Nursing (Also known as: LPN, Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Skilled Nursing Nurse, Long-Term Care Nurse, SNF Nurse) 1. Position Overview Seeking a Contract Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Nursing to join our team.

Schedule:

Night Shift | 36 Hours/Week | 13-Week Assignment | Start ASAP 3. Key Responsibilities Provide quality nursing care to residents. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor resident conditions and report changes. Complete accurate documentation in EMR. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe care. 4. Requirements Active LPN/LVN License. Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work night shifts. 5. Education Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program. 6. Certifications Active LPN/LVN License. BLS Certification preferred. 7. Preferred Qualifications Experience with PointClickCare (PCC). Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience.
