Position Details Grand Junction, Colorado Pay Range:

$29.50 - $38.52 per hour DOE PRN Schedule Flexible scheduling available based on facility needs.

PRN Commitment Requirements:

Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per month At least 1 shift per month must be worked on a weekend Must maintain active employment status and complete all required training's and competencies What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and nursing leadership. Complete assessments and documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations. Supervise and support CNAs in delivering exceptional resident care. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members. Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
