Job Responsibilities:

Perform both front and back office duties in a clinical setting Administer immunizations and injections accurately and safely Handle patient check-ins, scheduling, and answering phones Coordinate and process referrals and prior authorizations Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Support clinical team with patient care as needed

Qualifications:

Certified Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN) Prior experience in a clinic or physician office setting preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable with EMR systems and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
