What You'll Do Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments Administer prescribed medications and treatments Monitor patient conditions and report changes Respond to urgent and emergent medical situations Assist with chronic care management Maintain accurate electronic medical records Collaborate with providers and fellow healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
