Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:

• Current LPN license in state
• LPN skills with IV Certification
• Ability to pass a background check
• Long term care experience preferred but not required
• CPR certification
• Positive bedside manner
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays LPN -

Licensed Practical Nurse Duties & Responsibilities :

• Provide quality nursing care to residents
• Coordinate total nursing care for residents
• Implement specific procedures and programs
• Work with Director of Nursing + Assistant Director of Nursing in establishing specific goals
• Ensure compliance with all operating policies and procedures
• Provide daily reports Management involvement: We help with meal passing.

We help with call lights. We help assist on the floor. We have an open-door policy and will be there even when you just need someone to talk to. Nurse Managers help with all new admissions. We are always a phone call away to help with any concerns that may arise! About us : Northcrest Living Center is a locally-owned and operated skilled nursing facility with 62-beds. We service long-term care residents, post-acute care residents, VA contracted, and work with multiple hospice agencies.
