Location:

Edgewood, IA 52042 We're seeking an experienced LPN for a 13-week travel assignment at a long-term care facility in Edgewood, Iowa.

Assignment Details:

Start Date:

Approximately 2 weeks from offer

Contract Length:

13 weeks

Shift:

Flexible Days/Evenings (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

Weekend Requirement:

Every 3rd weekend

Guaranteed Hours:

40 hours per week

Pay Package:

Gross Weekly Pay:

$1,820

Blended Hourly Rate:

$45.50/hour (

Base Taxable Rate:

$14.00/hour +

Non-Taxed Stipend:

$31.50/hour)

Weekly Taxable Pay:

$560

Weekly Non-Taxed Stipend:

$1,260

Requirements:
