Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Payette, ID

Overview

At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you will be supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes. Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

  • Consistent scheduling Key Responsibilities Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
    Develop and follow individualized care plans
    Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
    Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
    Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements Qualifications Current LPN license in the state of Idaho
    Current CPR certification
    Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
    Home health experience preferred but not required
