Summary We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Niklife Home Care Inc. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to clients in their homes, contributing to their well-being and comfort. Your expertise will play a vital role in executing care plans approved by physicians and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support. Responsibilities Administer medications and monitor patient responses as per physician's orders. Assist with daily living activities and provide personal care to clients. Perform venipuncture and other clinical procedures as required. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with Registered Nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient status. Requirements Valid LPN license in the state of practice. Experience in home health care or pediatric nursing preferred. Strong knowledge of medication administration and patient care protocols. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality.
