Small Private Primary Care Office seeks a part-time Medical Assistant/Receptionist . Candidates must be able to give injections, work with babies, be high energy, enthusiastic and enjoy working with patients, and able to multitask well. Candidate

MUST HAVE FLEXABLE HOURS AVAILIABLITY AND AVAILABILITY TO WORK SOME EVENINGS UNTIL ABOUT 6 PM AND 2-3 SATURDAYS PER MONTH UNTIL ABOUT AT 1 PM

. English-Spanish speaking and Electronic Medical Records experience a plus.

Practice location:

Villa Park IL. Part-time (Approximately 25 hours per week; possibly more once started) . Fill in hours are also available. Room patients Conduct patient review of systems before MD enters room Update patient allergies, medications, medical history Must be able willing to administer shots for all ages including infants Triage patient calls, and address questions or concerns a patient has about previous appointment Maintain exam rooms and drug sample storage Assists with office procedures, performs EKG's, UA dips, injections, and other duties as assigned. Clean and sanitize procedure tools Coordinate provider's schedule and ensure the smooth and efficient flow of patient care while in the office. Verify patient information, billing/insurance data, request prior authorization as needed, complete appropriate documentation and maintain patient charts Initiate appointments with customers in a professional manner to generate appointments. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and take messages. Summary As a Part Time Medical Assistant/RN/LPN/Receptionist, you will be integral to delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. Reporting to the practice manager, you will utilize your core skills in medical administrative support, patient service, and EHR systems to enhance patient experiences. Your premium expertise and experience will enable you to effectively triage patients and assist doctors.
