Job Description

RiverWoods Exeter is seeking compassionate RN/LPN nurses to provide high-quality care to older adults in our continuing care retirement community. In this role, you will deliver hands-on clinical care, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being across independent, assisted living, and nursing care settings. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents across independent, assisted living, and nursing care levels Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility protocols Monitor resident conditions, perform assessments, and document accurately in medical records Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and wellness practices Support a compassionate, resident-centered environment that promotes dignity and respect Respond to emergencies, perform interventions, and follow safety and infection control procedures Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff to ensure quality standards Participate in quality improvement, care conferences, and regulatory compliance activities Communicate changes in resident status promptly to providers and families Required Skills Medication administration Wound care Resident assessment and monitoring Care planning and documentation IV therapy and injections Electronic Health Records (EHR) usage Infection control and safety procedures Geriatric and long-term care nursing Vital signs and clinical monitoring Interdisciplinary team collaboration
