Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Calvert Manor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
