Summary We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our compassionate team at Spring Valley Living. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being while contributing to a supportive community environment. Current Openings Full-Time Days with rotating weekends and holidays Full-Time NOC with rotating weekends and holidays Part-Time Day/Eve with rotating weekends and holidays Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor patients' health status and report any changes to the nursing team. Assist with daily living activities to enhance residents' quality of life. Perform clinical procedures as needed. Educate residents and families on health management and care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Implement infection control measures to ensure a safe environment. Participate in any other tasks as deemed necessary by your supervisor. Requirements Valid LPN license in the state of Minnesota. Experience in home community care or hospice care preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and families. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on dignity and respect.
