Responsibilities:

Responsible for all nursing care of all residents during his/her shift. Ensure that your staff are following care plans. Chart on all residents under your care. Supervision of the nursing department and performance of staff assigned to his/her zone or hall including nursing assistants and medication aid. Provide education and guidance to the staff under your assigned area. Take verbal and written orders from medical personnel and transcribe, note and follow up on the orders and document the nursing notes. If our
