Contract/Travel Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care facility. The Travel LPN will work closely with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive safe, respectful, and individualized care throughout their assignment. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor residents' health status and promptly report changes to the supervising Registered Nurse or physician. Assess, document, and maintain accurate medical records. Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in daily resident care. Respond promptly to resident needs and medical emergencies. Follow infection prevention and control policies. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations. Maintain resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality patient care. Qualifications Current, active LPN license in the state of assignment. Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team. Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
