This role exists to support providers and patients by keeping each visit organized-from the moment a patient arrives through follow-up steps after the appointment. You'll assist with patient care, help with scheduling and rooming for exams, and coordinate referrals and appointments. You'll also complete documentation follow-up and handle essential front-desk/office support, including ordering supplies.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll start by syncing with the provider team and front desk, then move between patient-facing moments and coordination work that keeps the day moving.
