POSITION

LPN Weekend Program, 5 out of 6 weekends, 24 hours per week, 7p-7a with holiday rotation

$5,000 Sign On Bonus

UNIT OVERVIEW

Acute Rehabilitation - Comprehensive physical and medical rehabilitation program serving patients with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, cancer, cardiac and other neurological issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivers direct patient care, administers prescribed medication and treatments to patient

Compile, compare and record patient care information

Contributes to the assessment of patient condition and communicates any changes

Attend shift report at beginning and end of each shift to ensure good communication between nursing members

Collaborates with clinical services team to deliver excellent patient care

Communicates effectively with physicians, families and patient

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Active LPN license in state of Nebraska

CPR certification
