About the RoleAs an LPN in our Psychiatry Clinic, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care using best practice standards. Youll be an essential member of our team, contributing to a positive culture and collaborative environment.
What Youll DoAs an LPN in our Psychiatry Clinic, you will:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of physicians and registered nursesAdminister medications and injections as prescribedMonitor and document patient progress and vital signsAssist with mental health assessments and support treatment plansEducate patients and families on medications, care plans, and wellness strategiesCoordinate patient flow and ensure a positive clinic experienceMaintain accurate medical records and uphold confidentiality standardsWhat Were Looking ForLicensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical AssistantAbility to adapt to varying workloads and responsibilitiesPrevious experience in a physician clinic setting preferredA conditional job offer is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug test and background checks. A Physical Capacity Profile may be required for some positions.
