Job Description

Category Schools - LPN Nurse Job Type Contract An exceptional opportunity awaits experienced LPNs eager to make a meaningful impact in a school setting. Multiple full-time positions are available for Licensed Practical Nurses to provide dedicated 1:1 care for students in need of specialized medical support throughout the school day. These contract roles offer the chance to support students in both academic and routine daily activities, with some assignments including bus riding responsibilities. As an LPN in this role, you'll be matched with a student based on your skill set and comfort level with specific medical needs. Caseloads are open, and feedback regarding your experience and preferences with procedures such as tracheostomy care, G-tube, ventilator management, seizure support, diabetic care, toileting assistance, bus riding, and assisting with classroom activities is valued in placement decisions.
Qualifications:
Active and valid LPN license required Experience working in a school, pediatric, or similar healthcare environment strongly preferred Confidence in handling a variety of complex health procedures (trach, G-tube, vent, seizures, diabetic care, toileting) Willingness and ability to ride the school bus if assigned Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, staff, and families Adaptability and professionalism in dynamic situations
Key Responsibilities:
