Fairview Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. This role is ideal for a qualified nursing professional who is dependable, caring, and able to provide high-quality nursing care in a warm, supportive senior living environment. The LPN or RN will help support the health, safety, and well-being of residents while working closely with the care team. This is a full- or part-time position with hours of 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Responsibilities include:

Providing compassionate nursing care in accordance with care plans and facility policies Monitoring residents' health, safety, comfort, and overall well-being Administering medications and treatments as ordered Documenting care accurately and timely in PointClickCare Communicating effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members Following health, safety, sanitation, and infection control standards Maintaining confidentiality and upholding nursing best practices Working independently while remaining part of a supportive care team Responding appropriately to changes in condition or resident needs

Requirements:

Current LPN or RN license in the state of New Hampshire Successful completion of an LPN or RN program Previous nursing experience preferred Long-term care or senior living experience a plus Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices PointClickCare experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, responsible, dependable, and able to handle stress CARES Assessment acknowledgment a plus Company Overview Fairview Senior Living has been a trusted pillar in the healthcare community since 1951, providing our residents with an unparalleled level of personalized, compassionate care. Pay:

$26.50 - $36.00 per hour
