Job Description

Excelcare at Egg Harbor is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses ( LPN ) who are passionate about long-term care and committed to providing compassionate, person-centered care in a skilled nursing environment. Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on nursing care in accordance with care plans and facility protocols Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and report changes in residents' health and emotional status Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care team members Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards Support a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
