Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents with chronic health needs Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring safe and effective delivery Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to provide coordinated care Monitor and document vital signs, patient progress, and any changes in condition Support residents with daily living activities and encourage independence where possible Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards in a long term care setting Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and families Supervise and mentor aides or other support staff as assigned

Qualifications:
