Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Fairport Rehab & Nursing Center, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including: Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians Assisting with personal care and hygiene needs Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to healthcare team Participating in care planning and development of individualized care plans Providing emotional support and education to residents and their families Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
Responsibilities:

Compensation and Schedule:
Pay Range:
$30.00 - $34.00 per hour with pay commensurate with certification and years of post-License experience
Shift Differentials:
+$1.50/hr for weekday B & C shifts and +10% more/hour for all weekend shifts
Available Shifts:
Day (7:00am - 3:00pm), Evening (3:00pm - 11:00pm), Night (11:00pm-7:00AM)
Schedule Options:
Full-Time (37.5 hours per week), Part-Time (22.5 hours per week)
Weekend Availability:
Required Sign-On Bonus:
