With three convenient locations, our team of skilled providers delivers personalized, compassionate care that helps patients manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life. We pride ourselves on being accessible - offering extended hours, same-day and telehealth appointments, and walk-in immunotherapy services, no appointment necessary - all while maintaining the highest standard of clinical excellence and personal attention. Position Overview We are seeking a caring, detail-oriented, and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, and enjoys working collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to support allergy and asthma patients of all ages. Key Responsibilities Assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients with allergies, asthma, and immunologic conditions Administer allergy skin testing, spirometry, and other diagnostic procedures Prepare and administer allergy immunotherapy injections in accordance with physician protocols Monitor patients for reactions following treatment and provide appropriate follow-up care Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) Support telehealth visits and assist with patient education regarding medications and treatment plans Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and staff Perform administrative and clinical support tasks as needed to ensure smooth patient flow Qualifications Active New York State LPN license in good standing Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support) Previous experience in an allergy, asthma, or clinical office setting preferred (training provided for the right candidate) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability Ability to multitask and provide patient-centered care in a busy clinical environment Why Join Us Be part of a reputable, patient-first medical practice with over 30 years of community trust Work alongside a collaborative and supportive clinical team Competitive compensation and benefits Flexible scheduling, including weekend shifts Opportunities for professional growth and development $30-$34 an hour, Depending on experience.
