6:00 AM-6:00 PM OR 10:00 AM-10:00

PM Weekend Requirement:

Every other weekend Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of LPN/LVN experience Active New York State LPN license BLS certification Long-Term Care experience preferred Must be willing to float

Approximately 1:40; ideally 1:20

Every other weekend required
