    $36.00+ per hour
  • Evening Shifts WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in providing exceptional care in long-term care facilities.

Position Overview:
Deliver professional nursing care to residents in long-term care settings. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and assess residents' health status and report any changes promptly. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and health information. Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Requirements Current and valid NY State LPN license. Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care nursing preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong clinical skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
