Community Home Care is seeking an LPN or RN to staff on a full-time private duty case in

Rexford, NY Client:

20 -year-old female. G-tube & O2 Non Verbal Oriented to family and environment

Hours:

M-F:

2p-6p Non school days:

M-F:

6-6 or 8-6 or 10-6

Job Requirements:
