townenursing.com/towneblue The Licensed Practical Nurse promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; supervising assigned team members. LPN Responsibilities Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients Monitor catheters, dress wounds. Supervise nursing assistants and aides. Provide basic patient care and treatment. Nursing Supervisor Requirements:
  • Valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of senior care principles and practices is desirable
