Key Qualifications:

Valid NY LPN or RN license Fingerprint clearance required Experience working in schools, pediatric, or 1:1 care settings preferred Comfortable providing trach care and supporting students with limited mobility Strong communication and documentation skills Compassionate, dependable, and committed to student well-being

Position Details:

Assignment runs ASAP through 6/25/27 37.5 hours per week; Monday through Friday Daily schedule: 7:15am-2:00pm One-on-one care for a male 9th-grade student Responsibilities include monitoring health status, trach management, mobility support, assisting with daily activities, medication administration, and collaborating with school staff and parents This role is ideal for professionals passionate about making a difference while working school hours.
