Schedule :
Full-time, Monday•Friday 11:00am•7:00pm, some flex weekends will be required.
Pay :
$37.97/HR•$53.58/HR (DOE)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Admissions Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, customer-friendly admissions process that supports patients and their families with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate will help create a positive first impression by guiding new admissions through a seamless and efficient experience—while maintaining all required documentation and regulatory standards. The Admissions Nurse will serve as a vital liaison between patients, families, and our interdisciplinary team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong clinical judgment, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate the admissions process for new patients Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory standards Provide clear communication and compassionate support to patients and families during admission Collaborate effectively with physicians, care teams, and support staff Assist with assessments to determine appropriate level of care Promote a customer-focused experience from initial contact through onboarding Participate in implementing and supporting new program initiatives
What We're Looking For:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with the state Experience in admissions, case management, or intake preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and within an interdisciplinary team Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Creative problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude
