Job Summary:

Day 3x12, 6am-6pm Tues/Wed/Thu r Pay rate : $ 45 to $51 per hour Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: First Time Travelers are Accepted 1+Year Experience Required Certification required:

BLS, LPN

License Responsibilities:

• Administered medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitored vital signs and residents' health conditions.
• Provided wound care and routine nursing procedures.
• Assisted residents with ADLs and personal care.
• Documented assessments, care, and medication administration.
• Reported changes in condition to the RN/provider.
• Followed infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Collaborated with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and other healthcare staff.
