LPN Full Job Description Overview:

Home Health LPN Portland Metropolitan Area, OR Pay Range $36.00/hr. - $43.88/hr.

DOE Benefits:

Home Health Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care within the scope of practice for LPN/s Review the plan of care with the supervising RN Complete required documentation for each visit on the appropriate form Join the AgeRight Care at Home team as a Home Health LPN and take your career to new heights! As an AgeRight Home Health LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care in the patient's place of residence. Care is provided under a physician's order and supervised by a Registered Nurse.
