Job Description

We're looking for a compassionate LPN or RN to join our Night Shift (NOC) team. In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care to residents in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care while becoming an important part of a close-knit team dedicated to helping every resident live with dignity, comfort, and the highest quality of life. As an LPN or RN, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care, supervising and supporting CNAs, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet each resident's unique needs. Your clinical expertise, compassion, and commitment will make a meaningful difference in the lives of the residents and families we serve. Responsibilities include:
Completing resident assessments and monitoring changes in condition Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders Collaborating with providers, therapy, and the interdisciplinary team Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants Responding to changes in resident condition and emergencies Maintaining accurate documentation Building trusting relationships with residents and families Helping create a positive, resident-centered environment What We're Looking For Current Oregon LPN or RN license CPR certification Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork A compassionate, dependable, resident-first attitude

Full-time Base Pay:
$27.00 - $45.00 per hour
