WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an LPN at Beaver Valley, you'll be an important part of providing quality, resident-centered care.

You will:

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents Monitor and document resident conditions and changes Communicate with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team Participate in developing and following individualized care plans Work collaboratively with nursing assistants and other members of the interdisciplinary team Help create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for our residents

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Current Pennsylvania LPN license Strong clinical and communication skills Dependable and team-oriented attitude Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care Ability to perform essential nursing responsibilities
