We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Crawford Care Center, a skilled nursing facility in Saegertown, PA. As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Our LPNs play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and improving the overall quality of life for our residents.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies Supervise and support Nursing Assistants Monitor and assess resident conditions Respond appropriately to changes in condition and emergencies Communicate with physicians, supervisors, and families Complete documentation accurately and timely Participate in facility education and in-service programs

Qualifications:

Active Pennsylvania LPN license Strong clinical assessment skills Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment Effective communication and leadership abilities
