As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Seneca Manor , you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and monitor vital signs. Your passion for delivering patient-centered care will shine through in everything you do.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, administering treatments, and performing vital signs Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Manager and other healthcare professionals Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and empathy for our residents and families
Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania Current CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with disabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
