Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Up to $34/hour Tired of the same old nursing home routine? We are taking a very fresh approach to skilled nursing. We have 12 hour shifts available days or nights. Come in for an interview with our Administrator and DON and receive a gift card for gas!! Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include; Medication Administration, including IVs. Taking and recording vital signs. Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome. Provide resident and family education. Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals. Supervising CNAs Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
