Responsibilities Assist with daily nursing department operations Supervise and support nursing staff Monitor resident care and clinical documentation Assist with staffing, scheduling, and audits Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Support quality assurance and performance improvement Assist the DON with administrative and clinical duties Qualifications Current RN or LVN license in Texas Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
