Role:
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents and ensuring that their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
Your duties will include:
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitoring and recording vital signs and charting patient progress Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and progress
