Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massage to meet individual client needs. Administer advanced aesthetic treatments such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser procedures in accordance with licensing and safety standards. Provide complementary services like body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care to enhance client satisfaction. Manage client consultations to understand their goals, explain treatment options, and ensure clear communication throughout each session. Maintain strict sanitation protocols and proper sterilization of equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Utilize salon software such as Millennium or

for appointment scheduling, client records management, retail sales tracking, and follow-up communications. Engage in social media management by promoting services, sharing client success stories, and increasing brand awareness through online platforms. Assist with retail product demos and upselling to enhance client experiences while supporting business growth. Collaborate with team members on front desk operations, guest services, and managing appointments efficiently to maximize client satisfaction. Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with additional certifications in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatment, chemical peels, or other advanced aesthetic procedures preferred. Proven experience working in the beauty or wellness industry with a strong understanding of cosmetology practices including hair styling, hair extensions, barbering, or tattooing is advantageous. Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or

for scheduling and client management is highly desirable. Demonstrated customer service excellence with excellent communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients. Experience in social media management for marketing purposes is a plus. Knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control protocols essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
