Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and medical massage to address individual client needs. Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Educate clients on the benefits of different massage modalities and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness. Maintain detailed treatment records, including client progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort and understanding of procedures while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Adhere to all safety protocols, including CPR certification and proper sanitation practices, to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical personnel when necessary for comprehensive patient care or occupational health needs. Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification in massage therapy. Proven experience in providing various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and medical massage. Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to accurately assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly. Experience working with diverse populations in settings such as med spas, wellness centers, or occupational health clinics is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology related to pain management and injury recovery enhances treatment effectiveness. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate clients about their health and treatment options. CPR certification is required to ensure safety during all treatments. Pay:

$21.00 - $54.00 per hour
