Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Massage Therapist Instructor and become a vital part of Our Team as a Instructor to Train, Educate and Inspire students as they are entering into the Beauty and Cosmetic Industry, Instructors roles will consist of promoting and Educating students on wellness, Theory, Sanitation, Mock Exams and Hands on Clinical Demonstration. In this role, you will deliver and educate expert massage therapy services tailored to individual needs, utilizing a wide range of techniques to enhance physical and mental well-being. Your passion for helping, leading and demonstrating skills with the students, will provide health and healing skills that will allow students to learn, and grow a calming and rejuvenating environment. Responsibilities Teach and Instructor various massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, hot stone, Thai, Shiatsu, acupressure, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, post-surgery recovery massage, prenatal and postnatal massage, elderly care massage, pediatric massage, and massages for athletes and individuals with stress-related conditions. Conduct clinical floor demonstrations assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual health history and specific needs. Customize Theory classroom and clinical floor courses massage while ensuring students and client comfort and safety throughout each treatment. Maintain student progress, and any relevant state board health information. Educate students on different courses and techniques and recommend follow-up treatments or wellness programs for exams and education. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and client confidentiality at all times. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance client care within our school wellness center environment. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist Instructor with active certification to practice professionally. Proven experience in diverse massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, hot stone therapy, Thai massage, Shiatsu, acupressure massage, reflexology services, lymphatic drainage massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release techniques, prenatal and postnatal massage, elderly care massage, pediatric massage, and massages tailored for athletes or individuals with chronic pain. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to accurately assess client needs and deliver effective treatments. Excellent communication skills for patient assessment and client education. Ability to create a relaxing environment that promotes healing and stress relief. Experience working with special populations such as post-surgery patients or those with stress-related conditions is highly desirable. Pay:

$15.50 - $16.50 per hour
