Job Description
Job Summary Nestled in heart of downtown Saratoga , Our serene sanctuary has been a cherished beauty and wellness destination since 2017.We are expanding our massage services for our beautiful guests, and we're looking for an experienced, licensed massage therapist to join our dynamic wellness team at C Spa& Beauty. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and other modalities to meet individual client needs Conduct thorough consultations to understand client preferences, health concerns, and treatment goals Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations and industry standards Manage appointment scheduling check -in and check - out using salon or spa management software Educate clients on wellness practices, product recommendations, and self-care routines Responsible for spa laundry Qualifications Valid state licensure or certification(CAMTC) as a Massage Therapist with experience working in the beauty or wellness industry Proficiency in various massage techniques including deep tissue massage Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Ability to uphold sanitation standards rigorously to ensure client safety and comfort Familiarity with retail sales strategies including upselling products and conducting product demos Pay& Benefits
- $18/hr base pay
- 18% commission
