Job Description

We are a thriving medical massage therapy office in the heart of downtown Windsor looking for a massage therapist passionate about reducing the pain in the world, to join our team and help us meet the needs of our growing clientele! This is a W-2 employee position with all supplies provided. The ideal candidate will have experience with medically complex patients, neuromuscular massage therapy, massage cupping therapy and similar modalities. Many clients are seeking massage for medical purposes as well as relaxation, you should be able to perform confidently in both scenarios and provide a full range of pressure preferences. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and reliability are required. We are seeking a full time therapist available for a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, with additional hours available. In addition to a supportive and collaborative team environment, we offer flexible time off, paid time off, paid sick time, free monthly massage and additional employee discounts, as well as continuing education support and Direct Primary Care Membership. Hourly rate is dependent on experience, and shift availability. Tips historically account for an additional income of 25%-35% beyond the base pay per hour.
